    Q: When will I find out if my application has been accepted?

     

    A: After submitting an application to rent one of our properties, we will be sure to get back to you within 1 week to communicate next steps of the application process.

     

     

    Q: When is rent collected?

     

    A: Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

     

     

    Q: How often does the landlord complete property inspections?

     

    A: Someone will come to the property once a season to check-in on the property to ensure everything is running smoothly.

     

     

    Q: How quick is the turn around for a maintenance request?

     

    A: We will be sure to answer your maintenance request as quickly as possible. Once we are sure how we can fix the situation at hand, we will send out someone to inspect the issue and fix it within short notice.
